Slim River Twin Train Station
KTMB was established in 1948 for public use. It provides commuter and inter-city train services to various destinations along the East Coast and the West Coast routes. The KTM commuter train service is available hourly from Tanjong Malim to Rawang. From Rawang, passengers can continue their journey by taking other commuter trains. KTMB also provides a SHUTTLE train service. It recently launched the ETS train which operates between KL Sentral and Ipoh. The train moves faster and reaches its destination within a short time. The price is reasonable and discounts are also given to senior citizens and students.
