3. DISTRIBUTION OF GENERAL ASSESSMENT BILLS / NOTICES
General assessment tax bill will be issued / posted in :
- January: for the first half of the year
- July: for the second half of the year
Notice E will be issued / posted in:
- March: for the first half of the year
- September: for the second half of the year
If you did not receive the bill / notice, please come to the payment counter at the TMDC office, or TMDC Valuation Division counter, bringing along:
- previous bill / notice or,
- account number (if available), or
- Lot / house number and property location.
